Default Possible missing program or component for Firefox?

My problem is like.. I just see these empty boxes in www.guildwars.com site.
I'm wondering what do I miss? I have Win Vista. I've tried to see the page with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox but either won't show anything in the boxes. If you know what I need to download to view the boxes, I would appreciate your help. Helpzz plzz

  1. Open your Firefox browser and go to Tools->Options->Content(tab)
  2. Ensure that "Load Images Automatically" and "Enable Javascript" are checked
  3. Across from "Load Imagaes Automatically", there is an "Exceptions" button. Open this and clear any sites on it.
  4. Update your Flash player. You can find it here.

Hopefully, that will get you going again.
